Granted there are no long articles, but there are many of the elements of a good puppetry magazine, including construction tips, reviews, letters to the editor, access to good photos, a calendar of events, equipment reviews, etc., PLUS some things even the best of monthly magazines could not offer - ie. near instantaneous feedback from a large number of people in the field, both professional and amateur, all anxious and willing to share their knowledge with anyone who asks. A magazine would be nice, but if I had to choose, I'd take this list any day.
