Lots of people on the internet have created "Web Rings" through
http://www.webring.org . Web rings are groups of related sites in just
about any category you can think of. The point is to help bring more
traffic into sites and make it easier for the web-surfer to find stuff.
Each site in the ring has to add a webring "fragment" that has a graphic
for the ring, and links to the next and last site in the ring. That way a
web surfer can go from site to site though the ring.

As for the Puppetry Webring, however.... the person who started it seems to
have lost intererst in not only the webring, but their own site. Which is
why I said we ought to see if we can resurrect it. With the number of
people on this list, we ought to be able to turn it into a huge ring.
