Dear Christopher, et. al.,

I've been reading this thread with interest and finally am jumping in..
Before I send press kits to presenters who have hired us, I check to see if
they can use any digital images. They seem to like graphic images (i.e.
scans of puppets and other visuals for posters/flyers) on disk (usually
floppy, though I have sent cds and e-mail attachments), but they never want
digitized photos. The newspapers still work w/B+W, sometimes color 8x10's
and I think they'll do this for awhile... Sometimes I'll send 4 copies of
one shot, sometimes, 4 copies of several shots. They especially like the
choice of at least one vertically oriented photo and one horizontally
oriented photo so it can fit wherever they have room.

My favorite photo duplication company is Duplicate Photo & Imaging -
1/800/520-7544 - M-F 9-6, Sat 9-1 - hmmmm, They're located in Hollywood,
Westwood, & Studio. I just noticed they do have a website -
http://www.duplicate.com

Their service is fast, reasonable, and good. I usually get 100 B&W 8x10
glossy's for 50 cents ea - it goes up as you buy less...

Hope this helps.

Best wishes,
Maria
