Dear Rick,

The adhesive you want is called "PROS-AIDE. It is a white
non-toxic acrylic emulsion that is UNBELIEVABLY sticky and strong when
dry. PROS-AIDE has become a standard in the motion picture and
television industry for everything from adhering make-up appliances to
creating a flexible paint called "PAX" for coloring those appliances as
well as painting flexible rubber puppets and "skins".

It is readily available from most well stocked professional make-up
supply companies (especially in Los Angeles) BURMAN INDUSTRIES in Van
Nuys, CA...and CINEMA SECRETS in TOLUCA LAKE, CA both carry PROS-AIDE in
LARGER QUANTITIES.

Be warned.....It is VERY, VERY sticky and tenacious when fully dry. It
can be cleaned up with water when wet, but only 99% alcohol, and special
adhesive removers such as DETACHOL, EZ-OFF and ISOPROPYL
MYRISTATE.....These are also available from BURMAN INDUSTRIES and CINEMA
SECRETS as well.

Should you wish to thicken the PROS-AIDE
