You can just get the fabric, or these places will sew it up to your exact
specifications. They are easy to deal with (especially RoseBrand) and will
make sure you get exactly what you want.

Remember, too, that sometimes it is cheaper to get 1/2 yard of expensive
material that is really wide in order to get the size you want (instead of
buying a lot of yards of narrow material). I have found RoseBrand really
helpful, too, in things like suggesting that they have stuff left over from
other jobs that they can sell you cheaper than buying off the bolt.
