Steve (or anyone else) let me know how the Board of Ed contract works.  I 
also am a freelance art therapist/ art teacher.  However, since I'm not full 
time anywhere I have partial benefits, etc.  Actually, I  am more interested 
in contract work in Colorado.  I have contacted ATAC (art therapy chapter) & 
various art therapists out there, but most of them are extremely elusive & it 
would take subversive puppet techniques for any of them to reveal any local 
information.
One person informed me I can only teach/ work in schools if I have a Colorado 
teaching licence.  Is it that strict (I want to do contract work/ consultant 
work or artist in residency or art therapy, not necessarily full time 
teaching) outside New York?
