The chicago latex stuff is inferior to the liquid we used to get from the 
California supplier....which changed names and owners several times.  The 501 
and 525 mixtures (one is a bit more flexible than the other) seem to be more 
brittle, a bit cakey, and are a poor substitute...Isn't there any supplier 
out there interested in serving this market???? Jim Gamble
