PUPPETS IN PRAGUE!

We are offering our third MASTER CLASS in Prague, where international
students can learn how to design and construct their own wooden marionette
based on traditional Czech methods .

With the guidance of Czech professional puppet artists, students go through
the whole process of creating a puppet. At the end of the course, all
students leave with their own wooden marionette and the skills to make
more. The course includes instruction on puppet design, woodcarving,
painting, costume design, and construction. Students also learn how to
manipulate their brand-new puppet from a professional Czech puppeteer, and
they have the chance to attend puppet performances and other cultural events
in the beautiful city of Prague.

The course is led in English; in past courses, students from Europe, Asia
and America have participated.

The next class will be from March 30 - April 8 2001; and we are planning a
summer class for the first two weeks of August.

For more information, please look at our web site: www.kidpraha.cz
