Christopher,

The museum with which my friend is associated would like to expand its
puppetry with educational/recreational/community outreach classes.  This
museum brings the whole community together for some projects led by
nationally recognized artists but at this point they are open to all types
of proposals.

Hope this narrows the field somewhat.
