Various glues will work with cloth, which tends to shrink on the bias, but 
for real flexibility and durability, get some SculptOrCoat.  The 
possibilities are endless - including autobody repair.  Check the Artists' 
Choice website for examples.  Almpst as good as using leather for masks.  
Buy a gallon and split it with your friends.
