Nobody has mentioned the "Free" E-postcards. I have been convinced for
some time that most, if not all of those services are for gathering
valid email addresses. If you "go get" your card, then you confirm your
email address as valid and it becomes even more valuable to list
sellers. Each time a naive well intentioned relative has sent me one of
these E-cards my junkmail has increased within a week, even though I
never went and got the cards.
