Puppet Showplace Theatre has two very intriguing family shows (which adults will love) coming up this weekend. The weather's supposed to be dreadful, but it will be warm and comforting, and enlightening and entertaining in our cozy theatre. I don't want to make this message too long, but I have details and a review about these shows, which I will forward to anyone interested. Friday March 1 at 7:30 PM, Monkey King Tales created by local Mask Impressario Eric Bornstein Tickets $10 adults, $5 children Eric's work has always been very closely related to puppetry, and never moreso than in this production which incorporates shadow work to great effect. Saturday and Sunday March 2 & 3 at 1 & 3 PM each day, Puppet Showpace Theatre will welcome to our stage for the first time Great Small Works (Trudi Cohen, John Bell, and Roberto Rossi) in their charming production Our Kitchen (AKA The Pancake Show). Tickets are $8, $7 members We are truly excited to finally be presenting this dynamic and charming company with their great children's show. We've enjoyed the shows of Great Small Works in New York for years, and are thrilled that Trudi and John have recently re-located to Cambridge. Reservations for both productions are highly recommended as tickets are going fast! 617.731.6400 See you there!
