I don't mean this as a slam, but Wayong, if you REALLY think this why don't
you do it? Then maybe you'll have not only a foot in the door, but the
funding you seem to so desperately lack to do the projects you want to do. I
don't want to hear the why nots, IMHO, I find others won't help you until
you help yourself. Maybe this could be your key.
