Preston et al,

I don' have much light to add on this book, but I know it's published by
Harvard University Press, and according to a clerk in HUP store at Hah-vahd
the book is much more social commentary than about puppets.  Puppets are
used as an example of said social commentary, but in his opinion to a minor
extent.

Made me think I'd put my name on a list for it at the library rather than
purchase it.
