Subject: PUPT: Mascots


For a grade school, I am trying to make their mascot  ( which is a pig with 
an oversized head [think Super-Deformed if you know Manga]) that has to fit a 
5th grader. Any hints/ ideas for making the head? I don't have access to a 
vacumform machine of anykind. Nor the facilities for fiberglass forming. Of 
course being  a school on a major budget crises, they want to do it on the 
cheap. I have done some mask work in the past, but this is a new form for me 
to work with.
