I have to differ here...
Kryolan Aquacolor is FAR superior...
although Nye does make a water base makeup called magic-color...it's 
not as opaque as Aquacolor.
I've been using this for thirty years... both for face painting and 
at San Francisco Opera...

one big advantage over the Nye makeup is that Aquacolor is a water 
base makeup and doesn't  have to be powdered.
AND  it comes off with soap and water...
it's available all over the country at better theatrical supply shops

Yes...I have a vested interest because I teach for Kryolan! LOL
