If you are shipping through a freight forwarding company I recommend solid 2 x 2 x 6 wood road cases. They are expensive to buy but can be made relatively easily for about $50 worth of materials. Also check around a get references for any shipping companies we've lost a few things over the years (causing enormous grief for us and our customers) and found some companies are better than others.

This summer we're going farther than we have before and need to fly. I'm open to advice about flying with our show (possible with some redesign) or shipping direct (unknown territory for us). Let me know the pros and cons and any secrets from your experience.

  Thanks,
