I really want to know.  I looked at one of 30,000 pages that googled found
on the search term "Fringe Festival".  It listed a fee for performing at
"Adelaide" fringe festival as $400.  Choke.


Are there any of these festivals on the east coast US?

Are they what they sound like?  Unicycles and sword eating?
