Same question I asked Liz. It sure doesn't seem like public schools are encouraging art. So many teachers in the school I am in do cookie cutter art. Yuck! You know, you ought to be an atelierista in a Reggio school (My other listserv). I love your talk about art and how important it is in people's lives.
