Oh it never fails

Does anyone out there remember the mixture and method for treating cotton 
with elmers glue to make a simple shadow screen?

I have not done it in years and I can not find my notes on it. I am 
building a small screen for a friends class and real RV screen would be 
over kill.

The glue coated ones were great if you didn't have to fold or really roll 
them up for transport.
