Mike,

The PofA bookstore is somewhat in flux, and I suspect that that is why
you've not heard from them.  The person who was directing it when you sent
your book is no longer doing so.  As I understand it, the store is in
transit to Nancy Smith's theatre in Phoenix, Arizona (The Great Arizona
Puppet Theatre) where it will reside soon. It may take a bit of time before
they are up to speed again.

Give her a few weeks to adjust to this huge new addition to her duties, and
try again.
