Subject: PUPT: Re:puppetry store


I was away and missed the original message concerning the store, but I do have a little input.

I had a book on back order from the previous regime. (To be honest I had completely forgotten about it. ) Shortly after the puppetry store changed hands, I received an e-mail asking me about the book, and had I received it yet. Then 2 days ago I got a letter informing me that the book was no longer in print, and they were unable to find a copy, and will issue me a refund shortly.

So, I have no complaints about the new managers. If anyone has a problem, please have a little patience until the dust has cleared. I believe everything will work out fine in the end.
