I've been wondering myself, who made the porcupine too.  It's one of the best puppets on TV right now, me thinks.  Jim is that Animal Makers?  Unfortunately, it's so cute I think it works against the producers intention, because it's much more endearing (design-wise) than the stuffed bear.
