I tell people to put an antiperspirant on their hands; it seems to help.
Also, take the heel out of a pair of women's tights and use it as a liner.
Put fingers in the toe area and thumb through the heel opening and cut it
off about at the elbow. I can't help with your clean problem, though. Sorry.
