Mary, you specify school in your pricing. Do you perform in other venues? If so, would you alter your price? I love your aggravation fee. I could have used that one on my last client project. I will definitely put that one on the books. When you figure your 20% profit margin, do you do so on the entire amount including materials, or on hours only? I have been charging $25 per hour plus materials. But it makes sense to add the profit margin, it is the money that comes back to the company for advertising/running funds.
