Hi Liz, thanks for inviting me to continue to round two.  I'm really
excited to be here. (Hi, Mom!)

Yes.

We do.  Sometimes it's a cut of the door, but it's usually just a higher
flat fee. To be honest, my partner handles venues and I handle schools,
so I'm a little hazy on pricing for those.
 
> When you figure your 20% profit margin, do you do so on the entire amount
> including materials, or on hours only? 
20% on the whole shebang.  A mentor introduced me to the idea.  As she
put it- if something goes wrong and you have to hire someone else to
build it, that 20% is for the company.
