Ok. Here goes.

All my shows are one person shows.

For birthday party shows I charge 175 and up. It depends on how far I have
to drive. The birthday show is 1/2 hour and is designed for groups of 20
or less.

My larger shows, which goes into schools, shopping malls, libraries, day
care centers, etc., I charge 350 for the first show and 275 for each
additional show.

Workshops are 350 for a 2 hour session and 250 for a one hour session. I
figure there is actually more work involved in doing a workshop than a
performance.

I think the area you live determines the price. We live in the DC area,
which has a pretty high cost of living.

The key is also knowing how to sell your self, and convince the sponsor you
are worth the cost. My husband, Peter, does that end of the business, and
he's been doing a real good job.

When I lived in NYC I had a couple of 2 person shows that I did and charged
425. Then I would pay my puppeteer 75 for the first show and 50 for the
second.

Well, there you go.
