Subject: PUPT: Milky White the Cow

A theater director here saw the revival of INTO THE WOODS on Broadway and was 
very smitten by the Cow.  He wants us to collaborate with his costume 
department on making one for the production here.  I have some pictures and 
written description.  Does anyone know how the head was controlled?  And how 
does the puppeteer see?  

Before the rumble starts, let me hasten to add that we do not intend to copy 
the Cow used, but an idea of how the puppeteer inside controlled the head 
would be helpful.  We may do something entirely different anyway.
