First,  you are the one who is WRONG not Jim the guy wants to know about black theater which is what Jim described. I have seen Jim shows both live and on tape and he is unsurpassed in this art form. 

Now for the answer. I have found only one book in my collection of books that discuss this subject. It is called "Black Theater" and is available from the PofA Store listed under construction category for the price of $6.50 it covers the details very completely.
