When I started doing b'day shows in NYC, I was surprised that, for the most 
part,  the only ones that ever booked were mothers of 2 year olds.  Now 
this show was targeted for kids 2 - 7.  When I asked why they didn't book 
for their older kids, I was informed that the 3 & 4's were much too 
sophisticated for puppet shows.  Thank goodness that here in Virginia, the 
kids aren't that sophisticated.
