It's what we as teachers talk about all the time...developmentally appropriate. What did that father mean by wanting his three year old to grow up quickly? Sheesh, why have the child! I on the other hand wanted to do a puppetry class with middle and senior highs cause it involved "The Hobbit". I asked some of the boys who had become involved in the ballet class, why not puppetry? There answer? I did it once when I was a "little kid". Going on interview trip next week to some around Atlanta...hmmm, right near the Center for the Puppetry Arts! Have you tried there yet?
