Your fees are the best way to sort the wheat from the chaff. Once you 
decide that you can't afford to spend time with people who can't 
afford you, you have more time to spend on yourself (paid for by the 
people who understand your value) and more time to pursue finding 
people who value you.

Oscar Wilde said that a cynic knows the cost of everything and the 
value of nothing. Do you want to work with cynical people?
