Subject: PUPT: A sticky situation

Here's a little problem that I'm not quite sure how to handle. I don't want
to go into too much detail on a public forum but I can't completely withhold
names either, as that won't get the answers I need. A friend of mine has
been having quite a bit of trouble with a project involving Brian Foster of
Silly Socks Puppet Co. in northern VA. He has approached me for work in the
past. He has also asked me to refer him to people both for jobs and to find
some people to build for him. I have learned that others have also had,
shall we say, less than professional dealings with him as well. Any one else
out there with bad experiences with him? More importantly, has anyone had
GOOD experiences with him? I'm only talking professional and related to
puppetry. Please email me directly with replies. I've kind of ended up in
the middle of this, but mostly I don't want to refer people to him or him to
people if he is less than professional in his dealings.
 Thanks for your help.
Christopher
