Oh goody- a chance to plug my website and try to offer help.  I've got a

The Periales had a really excellent exercise for isolation.  You know
how hand or rod puppets can wind up doing some pretty funky turns,
because they aren't over the puppeteers center of gravity?

Hold a broom stick at arms length over a spot on the floor, and walk
around the broom stick.  Try to keep it centered over the spot without
looking at the spot.  Not as easy as it sounds.
