Date: Wed, 16 Oct 2002 23:04:42 -0400 Subject: PUPT: Flocking Gun for Sale I am posting this on behalf of Ann Bonine, who is retireing from puppet making to care for her aging husband. She is now selling a flocking gun, which is used to cover a puppet (or other item). Briefly, the item is first coated with glue, then this flocking gun is used to deposit a layer of short hairs which is aided by an electrostatic charge that keeps the hairs sticking up on end. Ms. Piggie of the Muppets is finished this way. ============== The flocking gun is a ERO-CP70 Electrostatic Flock unit and has a serial number on it and it is made in Germany and sold by Cellusuede Products, Inc. and I believe they have a photo of it on their web site. at Cellusuede.com. I have a new 25 lb box of white nylon flocking and a 25 lb box of black nylon flocking. That will come with it. It cost $34.00 to ship it all or more by now. It comes with a plastic carring case.the gun was $765.00 and the flock was 265.00. I would like to get $500.00 for it if possible. plus shipping. But I will settle for what I can get. It is now 2 years old and I tried it 1 time and found it was not the effect I wanted. Ann Bonine They can call 225-291-3240. or send e-mail. I will post to the list when she is ready for the next phase.
