Oh no!  You ruined my vision with toooo much information. I have been
giggling about that disaster story ever since your first post. However I was
visualizing you in a 10-foot tall puppet booth on a 10-foot high tower in
the middle of the gym. Assessable only by an extension ladder? ( Think
Rapunzel ) Of course the principal had it built especially for you according
to the dimensions specified on your contract: 10' X 10' X 10'. The reason
that he was so insistent that you perform on this shaky, dangerous pedestal
was to justify its building...Therefore verifying that the performance tower
was a result of your unreasonable demands not his foolishness.

 It is still a great story.  Just not so stoooopid! Thanks for a good laugh,
