Subject: PUPT: Re:GAZslam Date: Mon, 07 Oct 2002 12:13:47 -0400 Welcome to the fold. But let's try to mention who the performers were and what they did. At our last slam in Boston, Cha-Cha was "Nanette Bubblette", a dancing fish, attendees from the O'Neill Puppetry Conference/UConn students gave us an animated newspaper that wanted to be a duck or a dog, but wound up as a paper airplane and a dancing man with detachable feet, Paul Vincent-Davis premiered his Richard III table-top rod puppet, and Noelle Wander finally got Paddy the leperachaun (seen at the Bryn Mawr Potpourri) to jig properly. And PuppetMaster Jake made it from his job at the Zoo in time to end the show with more of Patti the trailer park queen's adventures. We did two shows to make sure we could get everyone in. _________________________________________________________________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com --- Personal replies to: "will stackman" <profwill66-AT-hotmail.com> --- List replies to: puptcrit-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu --- Admin commands to: majordomo-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu --- Archives at: http://lists.village.virginia.edu/~spoons
