I cannot resist pointing out that there are many eye movements explained with diagrams in Michael Brose's book "Figure Making Can be Fun?!?".
 Although intended for ventriloquial figures and rod puppets, some could easily be adapted for marionette use, as could also some of the other animated features.
Americans can buy this book direct from Michael Brose and probably also from the PoA Store.  Europeans will find it more economical to buy from me.
