Said all puppeteers must audition. I was never allowed to. Today I asked for the "policy" in writing. My interviewer couldn't give it. Referred me to the legal dept. There's another issue that they didn't accomodate my disability (chair etc.). Also I applied for their puppeteer position. I don't think my definition of puppetry is too narrow. Is Barney or Santa Claus a puppet? I don't think so- they are not inanimate objects. Disney also doesn't state it's an equal opportunity employer. I think the ADA would conflict with that.
