Date: Sat, 12 Oct 2002 12:37:14 EDT Subject: Re: PUPT: Disney Job My Two cents worth. An employer has the right to set the dress, appearance, physical capability, credentials, licenses, hair style, personal grooming and experience level requirements for any potential employee. This goes for pilots, bus drivers, retail clerks, maintenance workers, school teachers, actors, engineers, craftsmen and even students. It is unfortunate that a wheelchair bound person cannot perform the duties of a flight attendant nor a high school dropout serve as a medical resident....etc. But the employer must state the requirements fairly and specifically. Misleading statements and descriptions are wrong!
