Subject: PUPT: CD Player with Autopause?


  First, let me thank you all who responded to my request.  I haven't
checked out all the suggestions yet... but some companies make it easier to
check features by including the user manual online.  So, I may not check
them all out.

  But, I may have found something already.  It is the Numark Rackmount CD
player, model CDN15.  It has the "single play" mode I am looking for, as
well as a place on the back to connect a foot switch for a remote start. It
was priced $192 at http://www.audio-direct.com
