It should be available from any theatre supply.  It is the material most
used for least expensive stage drapery.  It basically feels and looks like
a heavy flannel with a serious nap on it.  Some of it comes soft (heavy
nap) on both sides, some with a hard surface on one side and the nap on the
other.  I used it on a walking stage one time, but it is too hot in the
summer and too heavy for that purpose.
