Terri and all who want to know about the festival.  There isn't an email addy 
for the registration form on my form.  However, the person to send the 
registration form to is Carol Carranza, Registrar, 12514 Maxim Drive, 
Houston, TX 77065, or the return address on my packet was The Puppeteers of 
America, Inc., 2003 National Festival, 206 Sandy Circle, Talequah, OK  
74464-4825.  So try the P of A address or maybe Carol has forms as well.  Any 
other thoughts from anyone?

According to my registration form, the fees are as follows:
P of A Member   $315/person, $340 after May 1, 2003
Non member       $365, $390 after May 1
Jr. P of A Member   $260, $275 after May 1

Lodging & meals:

Single occupancy   $290
Double                   $190

There's also a single day registration if you only want to attend a couple of 
days.  P of A member $70, non member $80.

So that's the basics!  I don't know where to find a form online, but the 
address for Carol should get you what you need!
