Try going to healthinsurance.com. You can compare
plans, rates, apply online, ect. I know this sounds
like an advertisement....

But I have done this myself and found it pretty
useful. And rates for pretty comprehensive plans can
be found for between $80-$150 per month for
non-smokers, which isn't bad all things considered.
