Why oh why am I evem getting involved here????

If you don't make money, you can't do what it is you may want to do ( like
create a um non-commercial show).
It is the money (doing what you may love) that allows all kind of
possibilites...

You know Edison never invented anything that wasn't "marketable".. If he did
he would abandon it.

And why (just out of curiosity) can't all the functions be somewhat
combined???

An audience is an audience that a performer has to flex to meet the needs
of.
It is a theatrical situation.

And has demands that should be met..
