Subject: PUPT: Puppetry VS or with Money?

I couldn't have put it as good as Preston did (message below).

I spent more money in the past buying art supplies and books, just for fun
and learning, than for anything else. Today, I'm still buying supplies, and
all my efforts are towards working in puppetry, NO MATTER WHAT. The costs,
the time, the hardships don't matter as much when I see the results.

If I did it solely for money, I wouldn't love it as much.
Don't get me wrong, I think money is a great commodity, and I don't believe
it is evil in itself (that's one kind of anthropomorphy I don't go into).
What is evil or just wrong, is obsessing over money, destroying your life
by neglecting all the greatest aspects of it trying to get more and more
"power".

Yes, I work in puppetry for the love of it. For the joy and satisfaction it
brings me. Because I feel people need to be inspired, entertained,
challenged.
And yes, I want to make a good living out of doing what I love.
