I use MSWord and just created five or six macros that get me to the part of the page, and in the correct font, etc. Obviously, working with a software that others tend to use is helpful, but doesn't your software even export to RTF (Rich Text Format), plain text, or DOS text or some similar format that indicates it is text only?
