Tips for sewing with fun fur - cut out your pattern at the sewing line (with a razor blade so you don't inadvertedly cut the fur too short), then hand sew the piece together with a whip stitch. When you open it up you may have to fluff the seam a bit, but it usually practically dissapears. If you have to sew it on your sewing machine, you can pick the fibers that are caught in the seams with a pin. As for the bits flying up your nose.... Kleenex is always useful. - cp --- Personal replies to: CPapalexis-AT-aol.com --- List replies to: puptcrit-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu --- Admin commands to: majordomo-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu --- Archives at: http://lists.village.virginia.edu/~spoons
