  Even though we have some odd (in my view) political views from puppeteers,
I don't know of any in jail or even fined because of their expression.  The
restrictions on the giant puppets do not say "you can't say the WTO is bad",
but rather focus on actual physical concerns. I myself, have made "giant"
puppets (only 8'... but still noticable in a crowd) which would fit within
the restrictions and allow a message to be communicated... if that is really
all they want to do.
