  That is the book I have. I got it quite a number of years ago. It is also
the same guy who I purchased my former from, and I recall that he would also
sell the double-acting valve itself, for those who wanted to make their own.
The phone number and address in the book I have are no longer valid.  When
did you get yours?  Is your source still current?
